Events[]

Season 2[]

Wake Up Call[]

During an armed robbery on a grocery store where he uses his ability to incapacitate the attacking strike force. He is later seen with Jeff, who he escaped with, meeting Stanton Parrish for an attack on a train.

Gods and Monsters[]

After Rosen was forced to come with Parish, he mimics Rosen's voice to fool parts of his team with his phone.

If Memory Serves[]

The Alpha is captured during a raid at the office where he is working. The Tac team is shielded against sonic emissions and they easily subdue him.

Abilities[]

Throat Singer Alpha is a Sonic Alpha capable of manipulating his vocal cords to produce loud and powerful sonic tones capable of incapacitating others and shattering glass; and unlike Graham Kern, who has to first build the vibrations originating from himself over a reasonable period of time in order to use such offensively, he seems able to incur a sound-based attack on the spot. It is later revealed in "Gods and Monsters" (where he was credited as the "Mimic Alpha") that he can tune his voice to mimic other people's voices which he used to impersonate Lee Rosen on the phone. This imitation though apparently perfect to the standard human ear, was insufficient to fool Rachel in the least as she could immediately tell it was an imposter with her enhanced sense of hearing likely detecting the minute inconsistencies from the real Dr. Rosen's voice.

Trivia[]

  • Throat singing or overtone singing is believed to have originated in what is today south-western Mongolia, and is a very specialized skill in itself.
